Event Support & Safety
Because we are a small-but-mighty team, programs and events require your staff, helpers or volunteers provided by the hosting organization. We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed during planning so everything runs smoothly. Safety first — all programs follow a structured, safety-focused approach with insured activities and guided supervision.
Waivers & Media Release Requirements
To ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone, all participants are required to complete:
A participation & liability waiver, and
A photo/video release allowing us to capture images during activities for educational and marketing purposes.
These forms must be completed before the start of the program or event.
Exceptions:
If a hosting organization (such as a school, Boys & Girls Club, or community agency) assumes liability and manages all photography/videography, then their coverage and permissions will apply. In these cases, we will only use photos or videos they approve and provide.
We will clearly let you know during booking whether your event requires our waivers or uses the host organization’s documentation.
