Waivers & Media Release Requirements
To ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone, all participants are required to complete:
A participation & liability waiver, and
A photo/video release allowing us to capture images during activities for educational and marketing purposes. This one is optional.
These forms must be completed before the start of the guided fishing experience.

Fishing License Information
To keep everything smooth and compliant with state regulations:
Anyone age 18 or older must have a valid Indiana fishing license
—even if you’re helping a child or not actively fishing.
Good news:
Getting a license is quick and easy online, and I’ll guide you through it if needed.
